From the North or East:
Take Mass Pike/I90 to Exit 13. Bear left after tolls toward Natick.
Take 1st right at light onto Speen St.
Go through 2 lights, over Rte. 9 (in middle lane) & through next light (see fire station).
Go 0.9 miles (becomes residential).
Turn right onto Rte. 135 West/W. Central St.
Go 2.2 miles (through 3 lights, into Framingham).
Cross Rte. 126 at lights & pass Commuter Rail Station on right.
Turn right at next light onto Fountain St. (see Gulf Station).
Take quick right after RR bridge into parking lot (see Loring Arena, you’ve gone too far).

From the West:
Take Mass Pike East to Exit 12/Rte. 9 East. Go 1.4 miles –OR–
Take I-495 to Rte. 9 East. Go 6.5 miles.
At light, turn right onto Temple St. (see Stop & Shop & Bank of America).
At light, turn left onto Salem End Rd.
At light, turn right onto Winter St. Go 1.5 miles.
At light, turn left onto Fountain St. Go 0.5 miles.
Take left into parking lot before RR bridge (see Gulf Station, you’ve gone too far).

From the South or East:
Take Rte. 128/I-95 to Rte. 9 West. Pass Rte. 27, Speen St., shopping malls & Rte. 126.
Bear right at Rte. 30 West-Framingham/Southboro Exit. Stay in middle lane.
At first light, turn left & cross over Rte. 9.
Go 0.2 miles & take 2nd right onto Franklin St. Go through blinking light.
Go 0.3 miles & turn right onto Mt. Wayte (at Shell station) which becomes Dudley Rd.
Pass Farm Pond on left & ball park on right to end. (Belcher’s Appliances at T).
Turn left onto Fountain St.
Take quick left into parking lot (see Gulf Station, you’ve gone too far).

From Commuter Rail:
Take Framingham/Worcester Line to Framingham stop.
Turn right & walk west on Waverly St. (Rte. 135W).
Turn right at light (see Gulf station) to Fountain St.
Go over RR bridge & take immediate right into parking lot.

*** Note
59 Fountain Street is a large mill building to the right of 63 Kenwood sign & smoke stack.
Entrance is to right of white Akido building, near smoke stack.
Park in any space (large lot at back left).
Once inside, go to Floors 2 - 5 via stairs or freight elevator (past stairs, in back of bldg).
